SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship live plants nationwide via FedEx, UPS, and USPS to all 48 contiguous states and Alaska. We do not currently ship to Hawaii.

Shipping Speed Shipping speed is selected by the customer at checkout. We strongly recommend choosing expedited shipping (2-day or overnight) for live plants, especially during extreme weather. We are not responsible for plant health issues resulting from extended transit times due to slower shipping selections.

Shipping Rates A flat rate shipping fee is applied to all orders regardless of size. Your shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday–Thursday to avoid plants sitting in transit over the weekend. Orders placed Friday–Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Live Arrival Guarantee We stand behind the health of every plant we ship. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please photograph the plant in its original packaging within 2 hours of delivery and email the photos to [your email]. We will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Note: We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for damage resulting from customer-selected slow shipping speeds.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Sales Final Due to the living nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy If your plant arrives dead or in severely damaged condition, we will offer an exchange or store credit. To qualify:

  • Photograph the plant in its original packaging within 2 hours of delivery

  • Email photos to [your email] with your order number

  • We will review and respond within 1–2 business days

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

Customer Satisfaction We want every customer to have a great experience with Moosa Creek. If you have a concern about your order outside of a DOA claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer store credit at our discretion.

We are unable to accommodate concerns raised after 7 days of delivery.
